    Job Description:

    Energizing Electrical Services is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Journeyman Electrician to join "Team Energizing." If you have a strong background in residential and small commercial electrical work, integrated with a commitment to safety and quality, we would love to hear from you! Here, you'll have the opportunity to shine through your expertise while helping us power up Southeast Michigan with excellence and innovation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and small commercial settings.

    Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications with ease.

    Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.

    Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.

    Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain electrical problems and solutions.

    Collaborate seamlessly with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects our commitment to professionalism.


    Qualifications:

    Valid Michigan Driver's license. 

    Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician license.

    Experience in residential and small commercial electrical work.

    Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Reliable, professional, and committed to quality experience.

    Zen Paws is looking for a creative and pet-loving Social Media Manager to join our team one day a week! If you're great at creating engaging content, love editing cute pet videos, and know your way around social platforms — we’d love to hear from you!


    What You’ll Do:


    • Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
    • Edit short videos for YouTube and Reels/Shorts.
    • Keep our brand voice fun, friendly, and trustworthy.
    • Highlight happy pets, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments.

    What We’re Looking For:


    • Experience with social media management tools & platforms
    • Basic video editing skills (for short-form and YouTube posts)
    • Creative eye for visuals, captions, and storytelling
    • Passion for pets is a huge plus!

  • Barista | Part-Time

    At Sugar’D, you'll craft beautiful drinks, create unforgettable guest experiences, and help bring our brand to life. From daily café service to special events and behind-the-scenes content. 


    Responsibilities: 

    • Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, refreshers, and seasonal specialties with consistency and care. 
    • Engage warmly with guests - take orders, offer suggestions, and provide exceptional customer service at the front counter. Assist with private parties and events (setup, serving, cleanup, and customer support). 
    • Keep the café clean and organized, including dishes, counters, and seating areas. 
    • Support daily bakery restocking and prep as needed. 
    • Maintain and clean all coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.). 
    • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. 
    • Occasionally contribute to content creation (photos, behind-the-scenes reels, etc.). 
    • Be a positive, dependable, and proactive part of the Sugar’D team.   

    What We’re Looking For: 

    • Recent barista experience required. 
    • Friendly, confident, and professional with strong communication skills. 
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. 
    • Team player who takes initiative and adapts easily. 
    • Available weekends + flexible for events or shift coverage. Social media savvy is a plus (but not required).
