At Sugar’D, you'll craft beautiful drinks, create unforgettable guest experiences, and help bring our brand to life. From daily café service to special events and behind-the-scenes content.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, refreshers, and seasonal specialties with consistency and care.
- Engage warmly with guests - take orders, offer suggestions, and provide exceptional customer service at the front counter. Assist with private parties and events (setup, serving, cleanup, and customer support).
- Keep the café clean and organized, including dishes, counters, and seating areas.
- Support daily bakery restocking and prep as needed.
- Maintain and clean all coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.).
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Occasionally contribute to content creation (photos, behind-the-scenes reels, etc.).
